There is no permanent secretariat of the Conference. However, the Secretariat of the Conference shall be provided by the member organizing the next Congress.

The President of the Conference shall designate a Secretary of the Conference, which shall also be the Secretary of the Board of Members. The Secretary shall be assisted by all the members of the Conference in carrying out his/her duties (Article 21).
