On 24 December 2022, the Presidents or Heads or their designated representatives of the constitutional jurisdictions of the Islamic world, present at the Inaugural Congress of the Conference of Constitutional Jurisdictions of the Islamic World (CCJ-I), hosted by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Türkiye in Istanbul, Türkiye, have adopted the Statute of the CCJ-I establishing a formal independent judicial platform for the respective constitutional jurisdictions of the Islamic world: Download the Statute here.

On 24 December 2022, at the end of the Inaugural Congress of the Conference of Constitutional Jurisdictions of the Islamic World (CCJ-I), hosted by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Türkiye in Istanbul, Türkiye, the Presidents or Heads or their designated representatives of the respective constitutional jurisdictions, which have convened the Inaugural Congress, have adopted the Istanbul Declaration on the Adoption of the CCJ-I Statute: Download the Istanbul Declaration (2022) here.

On 17 September 2021, at the end of the 2nd Judicial Conference of the Constitutional Jurisdictions of the Islamic World, hosted by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia, in Bandung, Indonesia, on 15-17 September 2021, the Presidents or Heads or their designated representatives of the respective constitutional jurisdictions, which participated in the conference, have adopted the Bandung Declaration on Human Rights and Constitutionalism agreeing in principle to establish a formal and independent judicial platform among the constitutional jurisdictions of the Islamic world: Download the Bandung Declaration (2021) here.

On 15 December 2018, at the end of the 1st Judicial Conference of the Constitutional Jurisdictions of the Islamic World, hosted by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Türkiye in Istanbul, Türkiye, on 14-15 December 2018, the Presidents or Heads or their designated representatives of the respective constitutional jurisdictions, which participated in the conference, have adopted the Istanbul Declaration recognizing the need for greater cooperation and agreeing in principle to engage in activities with a view to institutionalize a permanent judicial platform among the constitutional jurisdictions of the Islamic world: Download the Istanbul Declaration (2018) here.
